These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Shopify applications provided by MM Studio ("we", "us", or "our") and any related services (collectively, the "Services"). These Terms apply to all MM Studio apps available on the Shopify App Store.

By installing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

01 Use of the Services

You agree to:

  • Use the Services in compliance with applicable laws
  • Not misuse or attempt to disrupt the Services
  • Not access data outside your authorized Shopify store

02 Description of Services

Our Services provide tools for:

  • Theme comparison and change tracking
  • Snapshot creation and management
  • Backup automation
  • Release approval workflows
  • Content and localization analysis

We may update or modify features at any time.

03 Data and Responsibility

You retain full ownership of your Shopify store data.

You are responsible for:

  • Verifying changes before publishing
  • Managing access to your Shopify account
  • Using backups appropriately

We do not guarantee prevention of all errors or data loss.

04 Availability

We aim to provide reliable Services but do not guarantee:

  • Continuous availability
  • Error-free operation

The Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or technical issues.

05 Fees and Billing

If applicable:

  • Fees are billed through Shopify
  • Charges are recurring unless canceled
  • You may cancel at any time via Shopify

06 Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • Required by law

You may uninstall the app at any time.

07 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
  • We are not responsible for loss of data, revenue, or business interruptions

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the Services in the previous billing period.

08 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from:

  • Your use of the Services
  • Your violation of these Terms

09 Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
